These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the taya360 platform — including all betting, gaming, casino, and account services available at taya360.click. Reading through this page helps you understand your rights and responsibilities as a taya360 member.
These terms apply to every taya360 member who registers an account and uses any service on the platform, including sports betting, casino games, Pusoy, slots, and promotions.
taya360 is available to adults aged 18 and above who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to their location.
Completing registration or using any taya360 service constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any part, you should not create or use a taya360 account.
taya360 may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
All balances, stakes, returns, bonuses, and payment transactions on taya360 operate in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Each individual is permitted to hold one taya360 account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited pending review.
taya360 is committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all members at any time through account settings.
These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and taya360. Please read them carefully. By using the taya360 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by everything described below. For questions, contact taya360 support at support@taya360.click.
To register and maintain a taya360 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Philippine focus: taya360 is primarily designed for players based in the Philippines. All amounts are displayed in PHP and payment options are calibrated for Philippine payment infrastructure including GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers.
Each person may hold only one active taya360 account. If taya360 detects that a single individual holds more than one account — whether under the same or different names, addresses, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — all associated accounts may be suspended and outstanding balances withheld until a review is completed.
You must provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering at taya360 and at any point you are asked to verify your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, email address, and residential address in the Philippines.
taya360 may request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, when unusual activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance review. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or voter's ID. taya360 may also request proof of address and proof of the payment methods linked to your account.
Failure to provide verification documents within the timeframe requested by taya360 may result in temporary account restriction, withdrawal suspension, or account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your taya360 login credentials confidential. taya360 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by failure to protect your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact taya360 support immediately at support@taya360.click.
A taya360 account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as dormant. taya360 will attempt to notify the member by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Any remaining balance will be documented and made available on request after identity verification.
taya360 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP) through the following payment methods where available in the cashier at the time of your transaction:
The availability of specific payment channels may vary and can change without prior notice. Always check the taya360 cashier for the current list of active deposit options.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be subject to account-level thresholds. These limits are displayed in the taya360 cashier before you confirm a transaction. taya360 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with its compliance obligations.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you. taya360 does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through unlawful activity, nor funds that originate from another person's payment account. Any deposit suspected of breaching this condition may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Important: taya360 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, but your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. Check with your provider before initiating a transfer.
taya360 processes withdrawal requests to the payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Withdrawal to a different account or payment method than the one used for deposit requires completion of the identity verification process and may require additional documentation.
taya360 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the cashier for each payment method. Processing times for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically shorter than bank transfer requests. Final crediting to your external account depends on your payment provider's own processing schedule.
The minimum withdrawal amount at taya360 is set per payment channel and is displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed and the amount will remain in the taya360 account balance.
taya360 may require full account verification before approving any withdrawal. This is standard practice and is intended to protect members from fraudulent activity on their accounts. Providing accurate verification documents promptly will help avoid any unnecessary delay to your withdrawal request.
A withdrawal requested while a bonus is active and subject to wagering requirements may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. taya360 will not process withdrawals in a way that allows a member to benefit from bonus funds without satisfying the stated wagering requirement.
taya360 offers promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, sports cashback, and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general terms set out in this document.
Most taya360 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) that must be staked before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
Not all taya360 games or betting markets contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Low-margin games, certain table games, or specific sports markets may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. The eligible games list is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
taya360 permits one active bonus per member account unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to activate overlapping bonuses may result in one or more being removed from the account.
taya360 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back a bonus if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinated activity among multiple accounts. Accounts found to have abused taya360 promotions may be suspended.
Always check the specific promotion page: Individual promotion terms on taya360 provide the full conditions including minimum deposit, minimum odds for sports bets, time limits, and eligible payment methods for bonus activation.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and other wagering activities on the taya360 platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules where applicable.
taya360 reserves the right to decline all or part of any bet at any time without providing a reason. No bet placed on the taya360 platform is accepted until you receive a confirmation that the bet has been accepted and a bet ID has been assigned. A bet slip appearing on-screen does not constitute acceptance if the page does not confirm the placement successfully.
taya360 will not honour bets placed at prices that were published as a result of a technical error or human error where the displayed odds were materially different from the true market price. In such cases, taya360 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the member's taya360 account balance.
If an event covered by a taya360 bet is postponed, suspended, or cancelled and does not resume within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, the bet will generally be voided and the stake returned to the member. Specific markets may apply different settlement rules — these are set out in the terms for each event category.
taya360 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per member per day. These limits vary by sport, competition, and market type and are displayed in the relevant betting section. Winning bets that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum payout rather than the full calculated return.
Live (in-play) markets on taya360 are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended at any time during a game. taya360 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed during a known suspension or where a result was already known at the time the bet was submitted.
All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and Pusoy available at taya360 are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through accredited live studio providers. The outcomes of these games are determined by systems and processes outside the direct control of taya360.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a round, taya360 will investigate the session and apply the settlement that accurately reflects the completed game state at the point of interruption. If the game state cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned. taya360 will not pay out winnings from a game round where a malfunction affected the integrity of the result.
Results of casino spins and game rounds on taya360 are determined on the server at the point the round is initiated. A disconnect after a spin has been submitted does not affect the result. When you reconnect, the outcome of the interrupted round will be visible in the game history. If the outcome is not displayed, contact taya360 support with your account details and the approximate time of the session.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures provided by individual game suppliers. They do not predict results for any individual session on taya360. Where RTP information is available, it is displayed in the game information section of the relevant title.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya360 platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
taya360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its discretion. The most common reasons include:
Where an account is closed due to member request and no prohibited conduct is involved, any verified balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the member's registered payment method within the standard processing period.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, taya360 may withhold some or all of the balance pending the outcome of an investigation. taya360 will communicate the basis for any withholding to the member.
Members who wish to close their taya360 account may do so by contacting support. Before closure is confirmed, taya360 will verify your identity and offer to inform you about responsible gaming tools — including self-exclusion — as an alternative if the reason for closure is related to managing gaming behaviour.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya360 shall not be liable for:
taya360's total liability to any individual member for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
taya360 collects and processes personal information in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and platform analytics. The full details of how taya360 handles member data — including the types of data collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in the taya360 Privacy Policy.
By registering at taya360, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting support, though doing so may result in the inability to continue using your account where the processing is required to deliver the service.
taya360 does not sell member personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement where required by law or by the legitimate operation of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed in 2025. taya360 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
